A growing architectural practice in Exeter is seeking talented Architects, Chartered Architectural Technologists, or Senior Architectural Technicians. This role involves running projects and contributing to the design and technical delivery across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be ARB registered or MCIAT qualified, with over 3 years of experience. Due to a series of exciting project wins and a rapidly expanding portfolio across Devon and Somerset, our Exeter studio is seeking talented and proactive professionals across a number of roles. We're looking for Architects, Chartered Architectural Technologists or Senior Architectural Technicians to join our friendly and professional team.
Applicants should be able todemonstrate experience of running projects. They should be keen to work alongside our current team and contribute to both the design and technical delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors.
We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset, strong technical and design skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing and ambitious team. Candidates would benefit from experience within a high-quality, design-led practice context.
Qualified Architect (ARB registered), MCIAT Qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist (MICIAT) or experienced Senior Technician
3+ years post-qualification experience preferred
Strong technical competence and design sensitivity
Proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively
Good working knowledge of Revit beneficial, although not essential (training can be provided)
Experience in conservation, healthcare or education projects beneficial
Ability to take initiative and contribute to the development of the Exeter studio
