Architectural Technologist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £37-45,000

An award-winning, RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its established team. The practice delivers projects across the Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential sectors, with involvement across all RIBA work stages. Known for high-quality design and long-standing client relationships, they offer a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead projects from inception through to completion

* Produce technical drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors

* Contribute to the development of detailed Revit models

* Conduct site visits and support feasibility studies

* Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations

* Work closely with colleagues across all project stages

Requirements

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology

* CIAT accredited or currently working towards accreditation

* Strong experience working on healthcare projects

* Fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

* Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
