The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong REVIT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with design teams. Architectural Technologist — Manchester — Up to £50,000 pa + flexible working

They have a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist with good REVIT skills, to support their strong pipeline of prestigious residential, commercial, and large mixed-use development work.

Key attributes
  • Architectural Technician / Technologist with minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team
  • High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
  • A high level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit detail production
  • A team player with good communication skills, motivated, collaborative, and passionate with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
  • A keen interest in, and knowledge of, sustainable design would be an advantage
