This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who have studios across the UK and work on high profile projects across a range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Manchester studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design services and project management to a wide range of projects
• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications

Skills and Experience

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations

• Good knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
