Our London studio seeks a motivated Architectural Technologist with extensive technical proficiency across a diverse range of large scale residential projects.

Position Overview

As an Architectural Technologist with ECE, you will have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in the delivery of a wide range of projects, principally within the residential sector. Your expertise will drive projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring the realisation of visionary concepts into tangible, functional spaces in a variety of sectors.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience in the UK within the residential sector.
  • Minimum ACIAT qualification
  • Extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more
  • Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies
  • Exemplification of self-initiative and exceptional communication skills, allowing for autonomous work
  • Comprehensive familiarity with prevailing Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives (including space standards, London Design Guide, etc.).
  • Strong Revit competency is essential.
  • Proficiency in NBS (Chorus) Specification software is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD and general IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
