Are you an ambitious Architectural Technologist with a background in Commercial Architecture? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, employee‑owned multi‑disciplinary practice and contribute to a wide range of projects across the retail, industrial, logistics, office and even education sectors.

The Opportunity

Joining the Commercial Architectural Team, you will:

• Contribute to projects across all RIBA work stages, with a particular emphasis on technical design and delivery.
• Develop schemes from initial concept through to Planning, Tender and Construction documentation.
• Produce high‑quality technical drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and other design software.
• Apply a solid understanding of Building Regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Support colleagues in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For...

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Relevant Architecture degree qualification.
• CIAT membership.
• Demonstrable experience within UK architecture.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both design creativity and technical detailing skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop is highly desirable).
• Experience preparing and coordinating NBS specifications (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
