Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Architectural Technician to work on residential developments in Nottingham. Responsibilities include managing projects from conception to completion, creating technical and building regulation drawings, and liaising with clients. Location: Newark-On-Trent, Nottingham

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus

The Role

• Residential Development/Improvement projects from initial conception through to completion.
• Planning and producing technical drawings/designs as well as building regulation drawings.
• Assisting tender/bid creation and supporting tender documentation.
• Client and third‑party liaison, ensuring accurate technical documentation is kept.
• Attending site visits as and when required.

The Person

• Background within the Residential Sector.
• Previous practical experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and their processes.
• Ideally, previous experience within an Architectural Technician position or similar.
• Hold a full, valid UK driver’s licence.
