Architectural Technician

Salary: £30-36,000

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology and demonstrate strong technical and drawing abilities. You'll be confident supporting project teams and will have proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with senior architects and designers to develop detailed design solutions
  • Conduct site visits and contribute to report preparation and project documentation
  • Support the coordination of various project elements across the design process
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, technically sound project outputs
Skills & Experience
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong technical drawing skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
  • Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Previous experience or internships within an architectural practice advantageous, but not essential
