Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry in a technical/architectural function is desirable.
• Knowledge of building regulations and NHBC standards.
• Current full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Architectural Technician and the wider business.
• Develop and maintain divisional details and specifications.
• Produce working pack drawings for construction projects.
• Support site teams with information requests.
• Attend site-based meetings/audits as required.
