Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technician/Assistant in construction.
• Experience in supporting Project Managers during RIBA Works Stages 0-7.
• Familiarity with Planning and Building Control Applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building and site surveys and manage estate records.
• Conceptualize and design buildings, prepare design drawings, and tender documents.
• Supervise contracts on site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
