• Experience in a housebuilder's design and technical department is essential.
• 5 GCSEs including maths and English are necessary.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage working drawings for house types.
• Liaise with regional offices regarding planning drawings.
• Handle site queries when they arise.
