A leading multidisciplinary practice in Bedfordshire is seeking an Architectural Technician or Assistant to join their residential architecture team. This permanent position is ideal for individuals early in their career with 2-4 years' experience. The successful candidate will assist in design and drafting processes, particularly for developer-led residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit, Sketch-up, and Photoshop are essential. Excellent communication skills are also required.

They combine their breadth of expertise and depth of knowledge to deliver thoughtful, residential and commercial projects throughout the South East.
We're happy to say that they have a new opportunity for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Assistant and are welcoming applications from individuals who are early in their career, with 2‑4 years' experience.
The successful candidate will work within a team of technicians supporting Associates and the Director and will be responsible for assisting in the design and drafting of planning drawings and construction documentation.
This is a great opportunity for a keen individual to flourish in a design‑led environment and play a significant role in contributing to the residential architecture team. Previous experience of developer‑led residential projects is ideal.
Software requirements are AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of Revit, Sketch‑up, and Photoshop packages which would also be very beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
