A leading architectural firm is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their technical team in Winchester. This role involves working on high-performance data centre and commercial projects, focusing on BIM and technical coordination. You will produce detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, collaborating closely with clients and managing project teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant sectors throughout all project stages.
• Strong design and technical skills with proven Revit proficiency.
• Understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting/construction processes.

We’re working with a Winchester-based practice seeking an Architectural Technician to join their technical team, delivering high-performance data centre projects. This is a chance to work on complex commercial projects with career progression and hybrid working.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work on data centre and commercial projects with a focus on BIM and technical coordination
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
• Assist with project management tasks and manage project teams
• Opportunities for international travel

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in relevant sectors across all project stages
• Strong design and technical skills, Revit proficiency (Revit test at interview)
• Understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting/construction processes
• Confident communicator, team player, organised, proactive
