You will be involved in conducting measured surveys, presenting design packages, and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. Job description

As permanent Architect Technician you will be joining a practice who is firmly dedicated to offering its clients exceptional quality of service- serves the whole of the UK market with a main focus on the London and South West area. The core of their business is conversion, extension and renovation of buildings along with the design of new buildings - which has led them to win a lot of new business to take them into 2026.

As an experienced Architect Technician you will focus on residential projects and be able to conduct measured surveys and design sessions with clients. You will need to be confident meeting clients face to face and able to confidently present detailed and design packages. You will be involved with drawing up planning applications and liaise with consultants and contractors.

Requirements
  • To be successful in this role you will require a minimum 3 years' experience of working on residential and commercial projects and it is vital you can use your own initiative and hit the ground running to be a part of this winning team.
