A unique opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join a close-knit team working on remarkable bespoke projects within the famous Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk…

The Wilderness Reserve is a beautiful 8000-acre countryside estate that is home to a luxury collection of manors, farmhouses, country cottages and converted barns. Our client has secured numerous planning applications and has further projects in the pipeline to build and convert high-end residential schemes and hospitality buildings upon the outstanding location!

As such, we require a highly motivated Architectural Technician to become an important member of the team who operate out of the Cockfield Hall Estate close to Yoxford.

If you're an adept Architectural Technician with experience in the Residential sector who would enjoy working from such an idyllic setting, then make sure you take advantage of this opportunity!

Requirements

• Hold a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, Degree, HND, etc)
• Demonstrable experience within Residential sector
• Experience operating upon historical and conservation projects would be desirable
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regs
• Fantastic communication skills

Salary

The successful Architectural Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of £35k - £48k - fully dependent upon experience.
