Job Description

My client has a new Architectural Technician job working from their office in Chichester. The role encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, leisure, and education. The practice is dedicated to staff development, offering flexible working options and a diverse array of projects to ensure the role stays varied and interesting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard
• Working directly under the project lead
• Visit site as required
• Focusing on stage 4 onwards.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical ability
• Experience using Revit would be essential
• Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the business.
