Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Technician to join a specialist design and R&D team, delivering architectural and research projects. The role focuses on creating Revit families and templates, building blocks, and supporting non-project work.

You will contribute to R&D outputs and must adapt to a dynamic team while maintaining a proactive attitude and ownership of tasks. Hybrid working is offered with flexible WFH options.

White Label is working on exclusive basis in the search for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join a specialist design and R&D team for a market-leading business delivering innovative architectural and research projects.

The Role

You will support the team by creating Revit families and building templates, producing architectural building blocks, and assisting with non-project architectural work. In addition, you'll work on R&D projects including fire testing, robust testing, and blast testing. This role requires self-management and flexibility, as you will be expected to adapt to the team's needs and contribute to improving design processes.

Key Requirements

• Architectural background with strong proficiency in Revit - MUST
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic team environment
• Experience or interest in R&D outputs for architectural design - Desirable but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Package & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
• 26 days holidays + bank holidays (increases with service)
• 37.5-hour working week (Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-2 pm)
• Hybrid working - 1-day WFH per week or 4 per month (flexible)
