Architectural Technician — Location: Coventry — Salary: £28-38,000

An award-winning, multi-disciplinary design practice based in Coventry is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join its growing residential team. Requirements

• HNC/HND or equivalent architectural qualification
• Sufficient post-qualification experience
• Proven experience leading construction projects for medium to large private developers
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of technical detailing knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
