Foster + Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Architecture teams in London. You will partner with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and influence hiring strategy across our studios.

Qualifications

• End-to-end talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting within Architecture, Design or related sectors preferred.
• Proactive sourcing, talent mapping and pipelining.
• Ability to influence, advise and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experienced-hire recruitment across designated Architecture teams, delivering high-quality hires.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand team capability and future talent needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing, talent mapping and pipelining strategies for priority and hard-to-find skills.
• Build and maintain external networks and talent communities for access to exceptional architectural talent.
• Bring external market insights to hiring discussions, including talent availability and competitor activity.
