Are you an architectural assistant with experience in residential projects, looking to develop your career with a forward‑thinking architectural practice that values creativity, collaboration, and professional growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading architectural studio with multiple UK offices, renowned for its innovative approach to design and its commitment to employee wellbeing. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional living spaces and regeneration schemes, offering clear development pathways through to Architectural Technologist or Architect, and beyond to Associate Director level.

As an Architectural Assistant, you’ll support the design and technical teams in developing detailed drawings, presentations, and planning packages for residential and mixed‑use projects. You’ll gain exposure to all stages of the design process while working closely with clients, consultants and senior team members. This role offers an excellent platform to grow your skills, work towards professional accreditation and take on more responsibility as you progress.

The Role:
  • Support the design and technical teams with the preparation of drawings, models and documentation.
  • Assist in producing detailed design and planning packages for residential and mixed‑use developments.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants and clients to maintain design integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to project delivery from concept through to completion.
  • Ensure work aligns with Building Regulations, planning policy and practice standards.
The Person:
  • Architectural Assistant (Part I or Part II qualified) with experience in residential or mixed‑use projects.
  • Commutable to Romsey.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Planning policy and practice standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NDSS and M4.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
