Job summary

Hamer Way Architects in Macclesfield is seeking an Architect with at least five years’ post-qualification experience to join our studio. You will lead design, planning, technical development and construction across residential projects, coordinating consultants and working directly with clients in a collaborative, design-led practice.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and a genuine four-day working week;

Qualifications

• Five years post-qualification experience in architecture.
• Strong residential project experience and design leadership.
• Ability to coordinate consultants and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for projects across design, planning, technical development and construction.
• Coordinate consultants and move projects forward within a collaborative practice.
• Work directly with clients in a design‑led environment.
