Job summary

A leading government agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Architect for a hybrid role to design and develop a future metadata platform. You will lead the technical design, evaluate existing and emerging products, and define technical requirements for the platform. The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical architecture and metadata tooling, with strong skills in commercial product evaluation. This is a contract position lasting 6 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical architecture and solution design within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and blueprint for the metadata platform.
• Evaluate existing tooling and assess external solutions for capability, cost, and risk.
