Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction/architectural industry.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards.
• Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and review drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent.
• Interact with clients and consultants, and present ideas persuasively.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings, and renderings.

Skills

Technical design knowledge / skills in UK construction methodology

Ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically

Experience in managing and delivering Tender and Construction Stage works

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
