Job summary

Architecture Social in the United Kingdom seeks a qualified Architect with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience for a hybrid, full-time role. You will work on commercial and mixed-use projects, producing drawings and models in Revit and coordinating with consultants and the wider project team.

You will help move projects from design to delivery on site, with CPD, health insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and monthly socials supported by the studio.

Commercial work is the backbone of a lot of UK practices, and there are multiple roles here for qualified Architects, with openings at every RIBA stage. You will work on commercial buildings, on a hybrid basis, at a practice with a steady pipeline and an immediate start.

This suits you if you are a few years qualified and know where on the RIBA spectrum you do your best work. With at least three years of post-Part 3 experience behind you, you can slot in wherever your strengths sit, from early concept design through to delivery on site, working in Revit alongside consultants and the wider team.

The Work

• You will work on commercial projects, including office and mixed-use buildings.
• You will work at the RIBA stage that matches your strengths, with roles open across the full spectrum.
• You will produce and develop drawings and models in Revit.

• You will help move projects from design towards delivery on site.

What You Need

• You are a qualified Architect with at least three years of post-Part 3 experience.
• Working knowledge of Revit is essential for this role.
• You can produce technical drawings and coordinate detailed information across a project team.
• Experience at any point along the RIBA stages is welcome, as there are roles at each.
• Experience on commercial or mixed-use projects would be preferred.
• You are confident coordinating with consultants on live projects.
