Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Architect to join its busy practice in the UK, delivering technically challenging projects with a focus on data centres, hospitality, restaurants and CAT B fit-outs.

You'll lead Stage 4 technical design, produce construction drawings in Revit, and coordinate with consultants while ensuring UK Building Regulations compliance across multiple live projects. This outside IR35 contract offers an initial 6-month term and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience delivering RIBA Stage 4 projects.
• Excellent Revit proficiency.
• Experience producing technical drawing packages.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed Stage 4 technical design packages using Revit.
• Support the delivery of a major data centre development.
• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project requirements.
• Support projects through technical design and construction phases.
• Contribute to commercial, hospitality and workplace fit-out projects.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
