Job summary

Woolpert in the Greater London area is seeking an Architect / Architectural Assistant Part 2 to support design development on complex projects. You will work under supervision, prepare drawings, specifications, and construction packages, and coordinate with consultants and the project team to deliver integrated design solutions.

Ideal candidates hold BA/BSc/BArch and MArch, with ARB/RIBA registration desired.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc/BArch degree is essential.
• MArch degree is essential.
• ARB/RIBA registration or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and prepare construction packages.
• Coordinate with Project Lead and design team daily.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities for conceptual framework.
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
