Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise MDM solutions. The role covers on-prem administration with future IDMC/SaaS migration, ensuring platform stability, security, and governance across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7-10+ years in IT and 5+ years in Informatica MDM, with strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and documentation skills to support data governance and integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong production support and enterprise-scale operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Informatica MDM on-prem and oversee cloud transition.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and tune the platform.
• Manage application servers (WebSphere), certificates, and load balancers.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Implement security and vulnerability management practices.
• Collaborate with ETL, Data Engineering, and Business teams for data workflows.
• Support data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.
• Prepare and support migration to Informatica IDMC (SaaS).

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator with 7-10+ years of experience to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role involves administering Informatica MDM (on-prem and future SaaS/IDMC migration), ensuring platform stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data governance and integration initiatives.

Primary Skills (Core Expertise)

• Strong experience in Informatica MDM (on-premise administration)
• Hands-on expertise in: Linux scripting
• IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Application Load Balancers (ALBs)
• Certificate Management (SSL/TLS)
• AWS Elastic Search
• Experience in environment setup, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
