This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who work on a range of projects across the East Midlands. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Leicester.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• Lead and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Manage the planning, technical, and construction stages of projects
• Ensure projects comply with building regulations and planning policy
• Coordinate alongside clients, consultants and contractors

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience working across the residential and commercial sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong design and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area
