Job summary

A driven architectural practice in Cheltenham is looking for an experienced Architect to lead innovative architectural projects. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and functional requirements. Strong skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of sustainable building practices are essential, along with a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role offers a salary of up to £42,000 and is full-time.

Qualifications

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and passionate architectural practice that focuses on innovation precision and sustainable architecture. They work on a variety of workspaces including mixed-use and one-off Residential projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects ensuring alignment with client needs aesthetic goals and functional requirements.
• Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion including site visits managing timelines and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Work closely with internal teams including designers engineers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
• Present design concepts provide updates and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
• Advanced design tools and software (AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
• Sustainability : Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
• 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
