Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts seeks experienced Arborist Climbers / Tree Surgeons for our St Albans office to prune and maintain trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties. You will contribute to maintaining safety standards and delivering high-quality tree care services.

We offer a competitive salary up to £47,000, guaranteed hours, overtime, team incentives, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, health and wellbeing support, training from day one, and a supportive local office

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
• Understanding of plant health care services.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service and quality.
• NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38 and CS39 with full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pruning and general maintenance of trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties.
• Ensure tree care work meets safety and industry standards.
• Work as part of a local office team with support from Bartlett Tree Experts.
