Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd are seeking multiple Arborist Climbers to join our team based in Telford. This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly rate of £12.71 to £14 DOE and requires 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:00 and Friday 8:00–15:30.

You'll perform a range of arboricultural operations and contribute to safe, high-quality tree care. Applicants should have proven arborist experience, a full UK driving licence and preferably CS/NPTC qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven arborist/tree surgeon experience with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CS/NPTC qualifications are highly desirable; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform arboricultural operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and planting.
• Collaborate with the arborist team to uphold safety and service quality.
• Liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
