Job summary

Tom Boswell Tree Services Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Arborist to join our outdoor team in London. You'll gain hands-on experience, work toward a Level 2 Arborist Apprenticeship and develop skills while earning from around £35,000 per year.

We offer travel subsidy up to £25 per month and strong progression into qualified arborist roles, with support from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness is essential for outdoor, hands-on work.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in arboriculture.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified arborists and climbers during tree surgery operations.
• Help with tree maintenance, stump grinding and other arboricultural tasks.
• Learn to use, maintain and care for specialist tools and equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle and equipment safety checks and follow safety procedures.
