A leading insurance firm is seeking an AR Compliance Manager in London to oversee the regulatory compliance for Appointed Representatives. The successful candidate will develop and maintain risk frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Extensive experience of compliance experience within insurance, inclusive of the Lloyd’s and London markets.
• Strong understanding of FCA rules (PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, SUP) and AR models.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete applications for regulatory permissions, including becoming an Appointed Representative.
• Create and facilitate the onboarding and transition process for appointed representatives.
• Oversee ARs, conduct due diligence, and ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.
• Manage the transition of appointed representatives, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
• Review financial promotions and AR customer journeys for compliance.
