In this role you will be driving quality assurance and continuous improvement at a project level, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. • Identify root causes of quality issues, implement long-term fixes, and promote continuous improvement tools including Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and Measurement System Analysis.
  • Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met (or exceeded) and that quality is built into the project from day one.
  • Lead quality audits, oversee risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA), and ensure every stage of APQP is followed correctly, from planning through to final approval.
  • Support gate reviews and process validation, making sure all products meet the highest standards.

  • Confidence in reading engineering electrical and mechanical drawings and working with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with NATO standards (AQAP2105/2110) and quality management systems.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Sole British citizenship with a valid British passport ("UK Eyes Only") and the ability to obtain SC level security clearance.
You Can Expect From Us
  • Challenging and exciting projects.
  • A work environment where we understand that not everyone has the same expectations about their jobs, careers and work-life balance and we are happy to discuss flexibility requirements.
  • Attractive compensation.
