Job summary

PJC Electrical Services LTD is seeking an Electrician to join our family-run team near Reading. The role covers domestic and commercial installations, maintenance and inspections across Berkshire and surrounding counties.

The position involves visits to client sites and homes, with regular maintenance work in Thames Valley. A healthy salary (£40,000–£50,000) is complemented by a company van, health insurance, pension and bonus opportunities, with overtime and out-of-hours work available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised electrical installation qualification.
• Qualified to 18th Edition is required or in progress.
• Must have a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic and commercial installations, maintenance and inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance visits to sites in the Thames Valley.
• Support larger installation works as part of a team.
• Work on-site at client premises and homes as required.

We are an established family run company based near Twyford, carrying out domestic and commercial installations, maintenance and inspections in Berkshire and the surrounding counties.

The role will be varied and based in client's business premises and homes.The role will include regular scheduled maintenance visits to common sites in and around the Thames Valley.Larger installation works are completed as a team.

Applicants must be qualified to 18th Edition, hold a recognised electrical installation qualification and driving licence.A testing and inspection qualification would be preferred but is not essential.We would be happy to have applicants apply that are working toward their electrical qualification, although base salary will likely be less than advertised.
