This organisation prides itself on thoughtful, ethical, learner-centred delivery — where quality is never compromised, and the goal is to create leaders who can thrive in real operational environments.
With a typical caseload of around 40 learners , you’ll have the space to build trust, understand learners’ workplace challenges and offer truly personalised coaching.
Expect to provide rich, developmental feedback — often 900–1,000 words — that genuinely stretches, inspires and supports learners as they build leadership capability.
Employers choose this provider because learners feel supported, empowered and challenged in all the right ways. Their quality speaks for itself.
Colleagues are supportive, generous with their time and passionate about sharing knowledge. New starters benefit from shadowing, standardisation and a clear, supportive onboarding process.

Your role is all about helping aspiring and existing managers build confidence, capability and purpose in their roles.
Sessions are typically monthly but remain flexible, with some tutors choosing to deliver group workshops to support up to 10 learners in a single day.
