Manageable caseloads for deeper impact

With a typical caseload of around 40 learners , you’ll have the space to build trust, understand learners’ workplace challenges and offer truly personalised coaching.

Your role is all about helping aspiring and existing managers build confidence, capability and purpose in their roles.

You’ll be :
  • Delivering engaging online teaching and coaching sessions, supporting learners to explore leadership behaviours, decision‑making and people management.
  • Facilitating interactive group workshops, encouraging open discussion and peer learning.
  • Providing detailed written and verbal feedback, helping learners develop critical thinking and self‑awareness.
  • Completing assessments and workplace observations, ensuring learners can demonstrate leadership behaviours in action.
  • Conducting structured progress reviews with learners and their employers.
  • Supporting learners through reflective practice, personal development planning and preparation for end‑point assessment.
  • Travelling quarterly for face‑to‑face review meetings, along with occasional visits to learners across England — reimbursed at 45p per mile.

Sessions are typically monthly but remain flexible, with some tutors choosing to deliver group workshops to support up to 10 learners in a single day.
