A leading commercial vehicle dealer in Aylesham is offering a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for aspiring Commercial Vehicle Technicians. Candidates will gain practical experience and classroom instruction while earning a competitive wage. This role requires commitment and a minimum GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English. Successful candidates will develop essential skills in vehicle maintenance and may have the opportunity for a permanent position post-apprenticeship.
In partnership with DAF Trucks and Skillnet. Locations: Ashford, Maidstone, Stroud, Aylesham, Seven Oaks. Minimum GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) required in Maths and English.
Channel Commercials PLC is a leading commercial vehicle dealer providing sales, parts and servicing for DAF Trucks, Light Commercial Vehicles, and Vans in the South-East.
The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship is delivered over three years, providing practical, on‑the‑job training and classroom‑based instruction at the DAF Apprentice Academy.
At Channel Commercials you will have the opportunity to work on modern commercial trucks and access to the latest systems and technology, enabling you to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to enter the automotive industry.

You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by Channel Commercials and a dedicated skills coach who will regularly visit the workplace to monitor your progress, training needs and support with your portfolio work.
After successful completion of the apprenticeship program you will receive an industry‑wide recognised qualification and there may be an opportunity for a permanent Commercial Vehicle Technician position.
