Job summary

Aligra P&E seeks an Apprenticeship Technical Trainer for our national apprenticeship programme. The role is based at a modern academy in Bedfordshire, with a Coventry site support, delivering Level 2 and 3 Light Vehicle training and coaching to apprentices.

You will complete a formal teaching pathway (AET Level 3), gain manufacturer accreditation, and deliver hands-on training, reporting progress to managers and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Technician with automotive workshop experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Passion for training and developing others.
• Experience delivering training sessions in-person and virtually.
• Ability to produce progress reports for managers.
• Commitment to safe and inclusive learning environment.
