A home improvement retailer in Yeovil is seeking an Apprenticeship Quality and Compliance Manager to lead quality processes for their apprenticeship programs. The ideal candidate should possess assessing and safeguarding qualifications, along with experience in managing quality improvements. This role includes responsibilities like managing quality audits and acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. We're looking for an Apprenticeship Quality and Compliance Manager to help us take our provision to the next level. Reporting to the Leadership & Talent Manager, you'll lead the way in ensuring our programmes meet and exceed all DfE, OFSTED, and Awarding Organisation (AO) standards. You'll manage and continuously improve our quality processes, making sure every apprentice achieves outstanding outcomes that meet both internal and external expectations.
You'll also be our Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety, welfare, and success of every apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping a best‑in‑class apprenticeship experience and helping us build the skilled workforce of tomorrow.
