As a Learning Advisor, you will support, motivate, and coach level 7 Senior People Professional learners throughout their apprenticeship programme. Your goal is to ensure learners' occupational competency and timely completion of all programme components in accordance with awarding organisations, DWP, and Ofsted requirements.

We're Hiring: Apprenticeship Coach - Level 7 Senior People Professional
Are you passionate about developing talent and guiding professionals through transformative learning journeys? We're looking for a proactive and inspiring Apprenticeship Coach to support learners on the Level 7 People Professional apprenticeship programme.
What you'll be doing:
- Coaching learners through their apprenticeship journey with monthly 1:1s and quarterly progress reviews.
- Supporting onboarding, induction, and learning plan development.
- Collaborating with delivery partners and employers to ensure alignment and progress.
- Providing pastoral care and guidance, including EPA preparation.
- Monitoring performance, identifying risks, and driving achievement.
- Managing documentation and learner records via our E-portfolio system.
What we're looking for:
- Experience coaching apprentices or professionals in a workplace or academic setting.
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the Level 7 People Professional standard and apprenticeship funding rules.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and E-portfolio systems (OneFile experience a plus).
- A proactive, learner-focused mindset with a passion for development.
Essential qualifications:
- Experience in delivering the Level 7 People Professional apprenticeship standard with familiarity of the Education Inspection Framework and Apprenticeship Funding rules.
- Up to date knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent requirements.
- English and Maths qualifications at level 2, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using E-portfolio systems to communicate with and monitor learners' progress. OneFile experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and juggle several tasks simultaneously, managing own workload.
- Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate, with an enthusiasm for learning.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with both learners and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of the sector qualification (CIPD).
Desirable:
- Professional coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
