Overview

An exciting entry-level opportunity to join Tradeweb's European Client Relations Team. The role is based in London. You will be someone who has an interest in starting a career in financial services, enjoys working in a team environment, and is motivated to learn new things.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the EMEA Client Operations team. This role plays a crucial part in the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of client and internal user access to the Tradeweb platform. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, supporting onboarding processes, and driving improvements in automation, while maintaining strict compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Client Configuration & Platform Setups: Lead and manage all setup and configuration tasks on the Tradeweb platform, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation.
  • Shared Inbox Monitoring: Actively monitor and respond to client and internal queries with a focus on timely and accurate resolution.
  • New Client Onboarding: End-to-end setup of new client organizations, working closely with EMEA Client Services to ensure completion of the onboarding in a timely manner.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Perform day-to-day user and contact setups including new users, access changes, and removals.
  • Client Information Updates: Process legal and regulatory updates.
  • UAT Configurations: Support Client Services and Sales teams with UAT environment setups for client testing and demos.
  • Functionality Enablement: Coordinate with stakeholders to configure and enable additional platform functionalities based on client needs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate user access reports to support internal projects and platform enhancements.
  • Back Office Client Support: Respond to client requests for operational support including reports, audits and compliance forms.
  • Billing Configuration: Manage billing contact details and relevant configuration for accurate invoicing.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain and update internal process documentation, ensuring procedures are current and accurate. Support the drive toward greater automation.

The working hours are 8am-5.30pm.
