Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Deliver scheduled visits and complete all required documentation
  • Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship programme
  • Monitor and review learner progress in line with customer expectations
  • Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires regular travel to our Tidworth site on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience
  • Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment
Qualifications
  • GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above or equivalent)
  • Relevant industry-related qualification in Electronics (minimum Level 3)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) + Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check security clearance for this role.
