As an Apprenticeship Coach for the Level 4 Business Analyst programme, you’ll play a key role in empowering adult learners to build the technical, analytical, and professional capabilities needed to succeed in modern business environments.
You’ll guide, support, and motivate apprentices as they apply BA tools and methodologies in their workplace, ensuring they progress confidently towards gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).
As this is a new standard for us, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the programme from day one. Your insight and expertise will help us build something exceptional for our learners.
We’re looking for an experienced professional with a passion for coaching and a strong grounding in business analysis, data, or process improvement. You’ll enjoy helping learners build confidence and technical mastery while applying analytical tools in real-world business contexts.
