A leading children's service provider in the UK is seeking an ambitious individual to provide administrative support for apprenticeship programmes. You will manage applicant databases, liaise with training providers, and represent the department professionally. Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Bromsgrove, with benefits including 30 days’ annual leave and paid training.
Location:Head Office - Bromsgrove
Hours:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm – 35 hours per week
Salary: Paid training in line with National Minimum Wage with a view to obtaining a recognised qualification
Contract:18 Months Fixed Term

Business Administration Level 3. You will be allocated the time required during the working week to attend learning that supports your apprenticeship course. This may involve travelling to College one day a week or accessing training online.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support and coordinating apprenticeship programmes across the Polaris Group. This involves working closely with Polaris’s internal training provider, Nutrius and managing relationships with external training providers. The post holder will be expected to represent the department professionally in all internal and external communications.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, cost of which will be met by Polaris.
