Do you come from a military background and particularly have served within the Royal Artillery? Do you have experience in a trainer / instructor / assessor capacity? Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for an Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Artillery to join their team at Larkhill, Wiltshire. The successful Apprenticeship Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of vocational qualifications to support the progression of Learners undertaking the Royal Artillery Apprenticeship. Please note you must be willing to travel occasionally to Thorney Island and Colchester (fuel and mileage expensed). Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.

Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Artillery Responsibilities
  • Assess apprentice work, provide constructive feedback and ensuring all induction and progress documentation is completed accurately and submitted in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching to support apprentices in achieving the requirements of their apprenticeship standard.
  • Conduct reviews with apprentices at required intervals, ensuring learners remain on track to achieve.
  • Act as mentor and coach, providing information, advice, and guidance to promote learner confidence, independence, and achievement.
