Job summary

XC Trains Limited in Bournemouth invites applicants to become Apprentice Train Drivers. The programme combines hands-on training with classroom learning to develop you into a fully qualified Train Driver.

Starting salary is £33,863 per annum, rising to £44,865 on completion of training, with a 35–39 week training programme beginning in 2026/27. Live within 1 hour of the depot and enjoy benefits including generous holiday allowance and travel discounts.
