A manufacturing firm in Wychavon seeks an Apprentice Toolmaker to learn the skills required for precision tool manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and repair. This opportunity blends workplace training and formal apprenticeship study, allowing the apprentice to develop into a qualified Toolmaker over an expected duration of 45 months. Candidates will work Monday to Friday with specific working hours, gaining experience in a supportive environment committed to employing disabled individuals.
The Apprentice Toolmaker will learn how to manufacture, assemble, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and moulds used in manufacturing processes. Through a combination of workplace training and formal apprenticeship study, the apprentice will develop the skills required to become a qualified Toolmaker.
