Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Are you looking to start a rewarding career in education, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Primary School.

As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with a range of learning and communication needs. You'll help create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
  • Supporting pupils with their personal care and social development where required
