Job summary

EE is hiring for a Sales Apprenticeship at the EE Contact Centre in Merthyr Tydfil. You’ll start on a great salary of £22,527 rising to £26,116 after the apprenticeship, with an uncapped commission scheme. An NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service will be earned after 15 months of training.

You’ll speak with customers over the phone, build relationships, and recommend EE products and services to meet their needs. In addition, enjoy generous discounts on EE packages and other tech, plus online GP access.
