EE is offering a Full time Sales Apprenticeship in the UK. You’ll start with an hourly rate of £11.55 and a base salary that rises to £22,527–£26,116 after completing the apprenticeship, plus uncapped commission.

The role includes gaining an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months and access to substantial product discounts and career development opportunities. You’ll engage customers by phone, identify needs, and recommend EE products and services.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• On completion, an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service is provided (15 months).
• Strong customer focus and good listening skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone, building relationships and recommending EE products.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and meet targets during the apprenticeship.
